{October 11, 2016}   If I have wronged you…

Tonight is Erev Yom Kippur, which translates to the evening before/of.

“On Rosh Hashanah it is written, on Yom Kippur it is sealed”. The hope is that on Rosh Hashanah g-d writes your name in the Book of Life and on Yom Kippur seals the Book for another year. G’mar Hatima Tova, may you be sealed in the Book of Life.

Tomorrow is the Day of Atonement, a day for reflection. It starts with fasting beginning at sundown and asking for forgiveness.

So, to you my friends and family,  I say “To those I have wronged, I ask forgiveness. To those I may have helped,  I wish I had done more. You those I neglected to help, I asked for understanding. To those who helped me, I thank you with all my heart.”

To my friends and family observing tiki holy of days, I wish you health and an easy fast.

G’mar Tov
